GIFP介绍 GIFP INTRODUCTION

全球金融专业人士协会（Global Institute of Financial Professionals, GIFP）是全球性的金融领域专业人士非盈利组织，GIFP以“凝聚全球智慧，传承金融文明”为己任，通过建立金融行业专业标准，主办专业认证考试，发表研究成果，组织会员活动，开展职业发展项目等活动，致力于通过向会员提供资格认证、教育和提升最高水平的能力，为金融行业制定专业卓越和系统性的标准。

目前，GIFP在中国香港设立GIFP亚洲分会（GIFP Asia），以GIFP Asia为平台和载体，推动亚洲地区金融领域人才专业能力的建设。

GIFP Asia按照金融行业各不同专业领域，下设不同的专业委员会。目前，GIFP Asia下设的专业委员会包括：

• ICFRM（Institute of Certified Financial Risk Managers，注册金融风险管理师协会）：致力推动金融风险管理标准建设及人才培养；
• AQFI（Analysts of Quantitative Finance Institute，量化金融分析师协会）：致力推动量化金融领域标准建设及人才培养；
• AFVI（Analysts of Financial Valuation Institute，财务估值分析师协会）：致力推动财务估值领域标准建设及人才培养。

• GIFP通过“5E”人才建设模型推动发展，即：

• Education，通过系统、专业学习，提升金融从业人员专业能力；
